60 day return policy for our radionic products. Your satisfaction is our passion.  If your product breaks down anytime in 60 days, please return it for a complete replacement.

For Satisfaction Concerns

You can also opt for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied with the performance of our products. In this rare case, kindly return the product via DHL in resellable quality.

However, we will refund 70% of the value of the radionic product if returned after 30 days but within 60 days

If the product is returned after 60 days, we refund only 50% of its value to prevent abuse of buyers who "rented" our systems then just returned them after they achieved what they wanted. This had been the case with selected costly radionic machines.

Radionic machines returned after 120 days are not eligible for refund.

A: We have staff poised to respond within 5 hours any given business day. If you receive no response it means we never got your email. Your ISP may have failed to send it or our antispam bots blocked it.
